Within half a year, Horizon Robotics has reached cooperation agreements with over 20 leading customers, including Tashi Zhihang, Qianxun Intelligent, Independent Variable Robotics, Zhi Zai Wujie, UBTECH, Pacini Perception, Beijing Humanoid Robot Innovation Center, Humanoid Robot (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., and Xiaoyu Zhizao. These collaborations cover scenarios such as humanoid robots, industrial wheeled dual-arm systems, 3C flexible operations, embodied large models, and full-modality perception. Most projects have entered the stage of real-machine adaptation and scenario testing.

At this stage, multiple benchmark projects have achieved clear implementation progress: The Tashi Zhihang A3 robot will be equipped with the Sunrise S600 to achieve scaled deployment of industrial embodied robots; the Embodied Tiangong 3.0 from the Beijing Humanoid Robot Innovation Center has completed computing power adaptation based on the Sunrise S600 and plans to start mass production delivery in the second half of 2026; the Linglong 2.0 from Humanoid Robot (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. will complete multi-scenario application validation in Q3 2026. The Sunrise S600 has transitioned from the technical validation stage into a new implementation cycle of real hardware, real scenarios, and real mass production validation.

Chen Tongqing, Co-founder of Tashi Zhihang, stated: "Tashi builds the general brain, and the S600 provides the edge computing foundation that allows this brain to run in real-time and stably on actual production lines. Edge computing power is not an option, but the infrastructure for the industrialization of embodied AI. In the long run, victory will not belong to a single-point winner, but to a complete system that integrates algorithms, embodiments, chips, and scenarios."

Single SoC Achieves Full-Stack Intelligence; Sunrise S600 Becomes Industry Standard with High Reliability

The core pain point of current edge deployment in robots is the difficulty in efficiently balancing large model inference, multi-modal perception, and millisecond-level motion control. Multi-chip architectures are not only costly and complex to debug but also detrimental to mass production stability. The Sunrise S600 adopts a single-chip full-stack design, capable of simultaneously handling intelligent decision-making, environmental perception, and real-time motion control, effectively simplifying the overall hardware architecture and adaptation difficulty.

At the hardware level, the Sunrise S600 is equipped with a 4-core Nash BPU, providing 560 TOPS of edge computing power. Paired with an industrial-grade CPU and a real-time MCU (Microcontroller Unit) architecture, it balances large model inference performance with robot real-time control requirements, adapting to high-load, low-latency operation scenarios for various embodied devices.

In terms of model adaptation, the Sunrise S600 has completed edge optimization for mainstream VLA, VLM, LLM, and speech models. Among them, the inference frame rate of mainstream robot manipulation models is stably maintained at 10FPS, meeting real-time operation requirements; models such as Pi0, Qwen3-VL-8B, and Whisper-medium have all achieved efficient and stable edge inference, adapting to robot interaction and operation needs.

Meanwhile, the Sunrise S600 is配套 (supported by) a full set of self-developed scenario algorithms, covering core capabilities such as spatial perception, omnidirectional positioning, and dynamic motion control. It can achieve spatial reconstruction and understanding under a pure vision solution, support stable passage through complex terrains, and adapt to complex operation scenarios in industrial and humanoid applications.

Regarding mass production reliability, the RDK S600 module built on the Sunrise S600 has passed 11 stringent reliability tests. It supports a wide operating temperature range of -40℃ to 105℃ and can adapt to mass production conditions such as industrial vibration, high-low temperature switching, and continuous high load for a long time, meeting the stability requirements for batch implementation.

At the same time, relying on the AI Native development paradigm, Horizon Robotics has launched the brand-new Moss™ Agent Engine—the world's first open-source level "Chat-to-Create" AI Agent framework. It can run through the three-layer collaborative system of "Cloud-PC-Board", connecting the complete closed loop of development, deployment, validation, and iteration. Supported by the RoboGo™ cloud platform, RDK Studio visual development tools, and board-level scheduling capabilities, it can effectively reduce cross-platform adaptation and repetitive development costs, compressing robot development from "months" to "weeks".

Collaboration with 100+ Industry Chain Partners to Build a Mass-Production-Level Hardware and Software Supporting System

The mass production and implementation of embodied AI rely on a complete industry chain support. Currently, Horizon Robotics has aggregated over 100 industry chain partners, covering all links including hardware components, perception modules, controller solutions, software algorithms, and the development ecosystem, forming a complete implementation support system.

As of now, Horizon Robotics has completed deep adaptation based on the Sunrise S600 with hardware partners such as Bosch Semiconductors and GigaDevice; completed solution integration with perception manufacturers like SmartSens and OmniVision (OV); and cooperated with automotive industry Tier 1 robot teams including Luxshare Precision, Zhixing Technology, Jinmai Electronics, and Huaqin Technology to launch mass-production-level robot controller solutions based on the Sunrise S600. Through advanced coordinated adaptation between upstream and downstream partners, it effectively reduces customers' costs in整机 (whole machine) integration, debugging, and mass production trial and error.
