Founded in 2021, Zhiou Drive has planned and constructed three intelligent UAV drive production lines in Hanshan County, with an annual output of 6,000 intelligent UAVs.
It is understood that during the joint development of the low-altitude electric drive system, ACT Semiconductor mainly provides the MEK6 series SiC modules for the eVTOL electric drive system. Currently, it has obtained application verification and positive feedback from leading industry customers. The product has achieved monthly batch delivery, with a mature and stable supply chain.
Coincidentally, on September 22, Archimedes Semiconductor announced that their SiC power modules have officially rolled off the production line and been shipped, delivered to a domestic electric aircraft customer, and are about to be installed into the customer's aircraft power system.
It is introduced that the SiC power modules provided by Archimedes for eVTOL manufacturers adopt the DCM package form, with a diamond composite material base plate. This product made its public debut in April2026.
Previous reports by 'Hangjia Shuodaiban' also researched and sorted out the progress of other SiC module companies such as Guoyang Electronics and AccoPower semiconductor in eVTOL:
