Product Teardown

Entering the teardown phase, the plastic inner frame containing the battery pack and PCBA module is extracted entirely from the outer shell.

A view of the front of the inner frame shows the upper part consists of the main control board and screen driver board stacked in two layers, with components largely covered by gray-white thermal adhesive for reinforcement and heat dissipation. The lower part contains a 4-series lithium-ion soft-pack battery group, protected by black foam pads attached to its surface.

The PCBA module and battery pack are separated and removed from the inner frame.

An independent lithium battery protection board is located at the front end of the battery pack, insulated externally by green Nomex paper.

Peeling off the insulating Nomex paper reveals the front of the small protection board, which houses the lithium battery protection chip, protection MOSFETs, and a communication socket to the main control board.

Separating the small protection board from the battery pack, the four soft-pack cells are stacked and connected in series. Thick black double-sided adhesive foam is placed between every two cells for cushioning and isolation.

The cells inside the product come from HPT (Haopeng), model 506578AFU, with a nominal voltage of 3.88V, nominal capacity of 5000mAh, and rated energy of 19.4Wh. Four cells in series form a 15.52V 5000mAh 77.6Wh battery pack.

Moving to the main control PCBA module, it utilizes a design with two small boards stacked vertically. The surface of the upper main control board is extensively covered with glue, effectively improving internal heat dissipation and shock resistance.

The upper and lower PCB boards are connected via pin headers on both sides.

Cleaning the thermal adhesive from the surface of the main control board and separating the two small boards, the left one is the main control board, the middle one is the screen driver board, and beside them is the communication flex cable connecting to the battery protection board.

A view of the front of the main control board shows the power button and protocol chip in the top-left corner, a magnetic ring inductor and three solid-state filter capacitors in the center, a buck-boost chip and alloy inductor in the bottom-right corner, and USB-C female sockets, the built-in cable slot, and a USB-A female socket arranged sequentially at the top.
