Recently, the land parcel ZS-21-004 (Plot09-05 of Unit SJC10032) in the Zhongshan Subdistrict Industrial Zone, Songjiang District, was publicly listed for transfer on the Shanghai Land Market and successfully acquired by Lixing Intelligent Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Lixing Intelligent").
The wholly-owned holding parent company of Lixing Intelligent is Lixing Industrial Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Lixing Industrial"), which is a high-tech enterprise in Shanghai and a specialized, refined, differential, and innovative (SRDI) small and medium-sized enterprise in Shanghai.
The company is deeply engaged in the fields of industrial automation and intelligent manufacturing, specializing in the R&D, production, and sales of high-end intelligent assembly equipment. It provides full-process integrated hardware and software solutions, including servo pressing, precision tightening, automatic screw feeding, machine vision, and assembly data analysis. Its products are widely used in high-end manufacturing fields such as automotive, aviation, electronics, rail transit, new energy, medical, and engineering machinery.
Lixing Industrial's technical system revolves around the core pain points of assembly connection, forming four major technical pillars.
The first is dual torque-angle monitoring and closed-loop control, which synchronously monitors and provides real-time feedback on the two most critical physical quantities during the tightening process, fundamentally eliminating quality fluctuations caused by tool wear and workpiece variations in traditional open-loop control.
The second is the support for complex tightening strategies such as multi-step tightening and error-proofing. It allows flexible configuration of multi-step tightening programs and the embedding of error-proofing logic, adapting to the multi-stage and multi-parameter tightening processes involved in modern automotive seat frames and slide rails.
The third is real-time uploading of tightening data and full lifecycle traceability. It establishes a complete digital archive for the assembly process of every screw, meeting the rigid requirements of OEMs for quality traceability.
The fourth is the angled/offset tool technology adapted for operations in confined spaces. It breaks through the spatial layout limitations of traditional straight-handle tools, ensuring accessibility and operational stability in complex working conditions such as seat frames and instrument panels.
Centered on the above core technologies, Lixing Industrial has created a product matrix covering different process scenarios.
The EHS series straight-handle screwdrivers adopt a standard straight-handle design, compatible with most process conditions. They are the main tools for general assembly scenarios and an ideal choice for standardized production line configurations. The EHA series angled screwdrivers are specifically designed for space-constrained scenarios, focusing on tightening operations in confined spaces such as seat frames and instrument panels, maintaining high-precision torque output even in compact spaces. The NRA series angled wrenches are developed for specific tightening conditions such as seat frames and slide rails. They complement the EHA series, further strengthening product coverage in the field of assembly in confined spaces. The EFS series servo tightening spindles are specially designed for high-demand scenarios such as automotive manufacturing. The system torque accuracy can reach 6σ≤±3%, meeting the ultimate pursuit of tightening precision for critical connection points in powertrains, chassis, and car bodies.
With Shanghai as its headquarters, Lixing Industrial has built a dual R&D and dual manufacturing system in Shanghai and Wuxi, featuring two major manufacturing bases covering over 6,000 square meters in Shanghai and over 8,000 square meters in Wuxi, and has established branches and service centers in regions such as Eastern Europe, Asia, and North America. Securing the land parcel in Zhongshan Subdistrict is a crucial step in expanding production and increasing investment at its Shanghai headquarters level.
This project is an intelligent manufacturing base project for high-end intelligent assembly systems. According to relevant industrial access requirements, the total investment of the project is approximately CNY 208 million. It is expected to be completed and put into production in the fourth quarter of 2029. Upon reaching full production capacity, the annual sales revenue will be approximately CNY 500 million, and the tax revenue will be approximately CNY 31.1 million.
The landing of this project is highly consistent with the industrial positioning of the Zhongshan Subdistrict Industrial Zone. According to the "Regulatory Detailed Planning for Unit SJC1-0032 of Zhongshan Subdistrict, Songjiang District, Shanghai", the Zhongshan Subdistrict Industrial Zone belongs to an industrial base, gathering functions of equipment manufacturing, intelligent manufacturing, electronic information, and industrial R&D, and focusing on the development of a high-end equipment and instrument cluster.
Currently, the area has gathered a large number of listed companies such as Flyco, Giant Interactive, Zoomlion, Jianhuai Information, PONY Spectest, and Jiaoda Angli, and has also brought together multiple technology-based enterprises such as Bohui Technology, Juwei New Materials, and Xinuo Communications. An industrial pattern led by leading enterprises and gathered in echelons has already taken shape.
At the same time, carriers such as Qidi Caohejing Science Park, Lingang Songjiang New City Science and Technology Park, and Haier Smart Valley Science and Technology Park within the scope of Zhongshan Subdistrict have been successively completed. From scientific instruments, intelligent instruments, intelligent terminals, and automotive electronics, to AI hardware, pan-semiconductor high-purity processes, and photovoltaic new materials, a complete hard technology industry chain is accelerating its closure in this area, providing rich industrial soil for the landing of strategic emerging projects such as high-end intelligent equipment.
Against this backdrop, the landing of the Lixing Industrial project is not just about "adding another member", but more about "completing the missing link". As a core link in the field of high-end intelligent assembly equipment, the project will form close collaboration with existing leading and SRDI enterprises in the area—taking upstream supporting demands for precision manufacturing and intelligent terminals, and serving downstream high-value scenarios such as automotive and new energy, further extending, supplementing, and strengthening the industry chain, and improving the high-end intelligent equipment industry chain in Songjiang.
Upon completion and commissioning, the project will also drive the coordinated agglomeration of upstream and downstream industries and amplify the cluster effect, providing solid support for the upgrading of the regional high-end manufacturing industry.
