The motor controller installation data for August is out. Fudi Power remains in first place with 219,000 units, holding a 19.9% market share, down 28.7% year-on-year. This decline is more than double the 13.7% drop seen on the motor ranking list. Saike Technology surged +181.7% year-on-year, Lingsheng Technology +117.3%, and CRRC Times Electric +53.8%.

The motor controller and motor rankings share a very similar structure. Fudi Power experienced a steeper decline in motor controllers, while Inovance United Power saw growth in this segment. Geely's motors are supplied by Jidian Electric, but its motor controllers are sourced from Grebo.
