FFR (FF EAI Robotics) Completes Nasdaq Listing, October Robot Shipments to Hit New Monthly Record Over 300 Units

by hangjiashuojiqiren·October 29, 2026

On October 27, Jia Yueting released the 78th special edition of his investor weekly report, disclosing that FF EAI Robotics Ecosystem Inc. (Nasdaq: FFR) has completed the merger with the FFAI robotics business and officially listed. According to his explanation, the shares traded by FFR investors now correspond to assets and businesses including FFAI robots. The announcement revealed that FFR has appointed Jia Yueting as CEO and Jerry Wang as Executive Chairman.

October Sales Expected to Exceed 300 Units

The latest business data provided by FFR indicates: EAI robot body sales and shipments are expected to surpass 300 units in October, setting a new monthly record; cumulative sales and shipments through October will exceed 1,100 units, maintaining positive gross margin deliveries. In September this year, its monthly sales reached 265 units, which was a monthly record at the time. Concurrently with the listing, FFR issued its first full-year performance guidance for 2026, projecting annual robot body sales and shipments of approximately 2,000 units while maintaining positive gross margins.

Data disclosed by multiple sources shows that the FFAI robotics business confirmed revenue of USD 1.141 million in the first half of 2026, with a second-quarter gross profit of USD 209,000; as of the end of September, cumulative sales and shipments totaled 817 units, with cumulative revenue exceeding USD 1.52 million, and an average gross margin of approximately 30.9% in the second quarter. While these figures are not large in scale, they do indicate that FFR's robotics business has crossed the threshold from "engineering prototypes" to "sellable products," delivering tangible, revenue-generating products ahead of the capital narrative.

Technology Roadmap Positioning

Alongside the listing, FFR outlined its technical framework centered on the "Four-Core Full Intelligence" ecosystem. This ecosystem comprises four parts: EAI robot bodies, the EAI Brain and Developer Platform, industry productivity solutions, and the EAI Data Factory.

Regarding the technology roadmap, FFR emphasizes "One Brain, Multiple Forms; Multiple Forms, Multiple Capabilities," and officially launched the brain brand FF OmniMind. This unified AI brain (foundation model, motion control, Skills) empowers humanoid, quadruped, and other multi-form robots. The previously announced "Built in USA" acceleration plan has completed its first phase, with the first two new products targeting education, scientific research, security, and industrial inspection scenarios.

Three Strategic Partnerships Implemented

In terms of commercial expansion, FFR recently achieved three strategic partnerships, targeting institutional, educational, and home scenarios respectively:

1. A strategic partnership with California-based professional service provider KYA. KYA holds over 1,000 records related to government procurement in California, and its subsidiary holds US Federal Government GSA MAS contracts covering 23 approved procurement categories.

2. A comprehensive strategic partnership with California State University, Stanislaus (CSTU) and Boston International Business School (BIBS), planning to co-build joint robotics laboratories.

3. A home security solution partnership with Pinnacle, one of the leading real estate brokerages in Southern California.

Reviewing FFR's Capital History

FFR is not a new face. Before the name change, it was AIxCrypto Holdings (ticker AIXC), a listed company focused on crypto and Web3 businesses, whose predecessor can be traced back to QLGN. Starting in November 2025, AIXC came under the control of FFAI, with FFAI and related parties holding a combined stake of approximately 63%; both entities belong to the same system.

In August this year, FF launched the "Built in USA" acceleration plan, proposing a goal to bring a local robot factory into operation within the year. On September 28, Nasdaq-listed AIxC announced plans to merge with FF EAI Robotics, seeking an independent listing for the robotics business. On October 12, FFAI and FFR signed a final agreement to merge FFAI's robotics assets and business via an all-stock transaction, valuing the robotics business at approximately USD 200 million. FFR issued shares to FFAI at a premium price of USD 2.246 per share, representing a premium of about 50% over the closing price of USD 1.50 on the signing date. The transaction closed on October 23, AIxC was officially renamed FF EAI Robotics Ecosystem Inc., with the ticker symbol FFR, and exited its original crypto asset strategy.

Essentially, Jia Yueting executed a consolidation and transfer of robotics assets between two listed platforms he controls: stripping the robotics business from FFAI, which carries historical baggage, and placing it into a clean Nasdaq shell to be priced and financed independently as a pure-play robotics entity, no longer dragged down by the automotive business narrative.

Beyond the Capital Story

Listing does not equate to business realization. Documents previously filed by FFR with the SEC explicitly state that current robot product sales rely on supply from Chinese OEM manufacturers, with most concentrated from a single supplier. Its five-year plan (targeting cumulative revenue of approximately USD 1.98 billion and cumulative body sales of approximately 133,000 units) also rests on the premise that "the company secures necessary financing."

For FFR, the true test lies in whether shipments can scale from the current thousand-plus units to the planned hundred-thousand-plus units, and whether "positive gross margins" can remain viable as volume increases. This requires answering with actual production lines, actual orders, and actual repeat purchases.
