Recently, Ahwit Precision (Shanghai) Co., Ltd (referred to as "Ahwit") disclosed an announcement on external investment to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary. Based on the company's overall strategic planning and business development needs, and to accelerate business development in the semiconductor field, the company plans to use its own funds to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary, Shanghai Ahwit Technology Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of CNY 30 million, in Baoshan District, Shanghai.
Founded in 2010 and located in Baoshan District, Shanghai, Ahwit is a precision mechanical parts manufacturer focusing on industries such as scientific instruments, medical devices, and transportation. It is a high-tech enterprise and a national-level specialized, refined, differential, and innovative (SRDI) "Little Giant" enterprise, providing one-stop services for new product development, small-batch trial production, and large-scale manufacturing.
Currently, the company's product applications have expanded to fields such as aviation, medical, scientific instruments, semiconductors, and industrial equipment.
The 2026 semi-annual report shows that in the first half of the year, the company achieved an operating income of CNY 197 million, a year-on-year increase of 47.01%; the gross profit margin reached 22.38%, a year-on-year increase of 1.91 percentage points.
In the first half of 2026, Ahwit achieved rapid growth in both domestic and overseas markets. The company's domestic sales revenue reached CNY 95.5513 million, a year-on-year increase of 65.56%; overseas sales revenue reached CNY 101 million, a year-on-year increase of 32.92%. Among them, the growth rate of domestic sales was significantly higher than the company's overall revenue growth rate, becoming an important driver of revenue growth. Meanwhile, the profitability of domestic sales also improved markedly, with the gross profit margin reaching 18.93%, a year-on-year increase of 8.55 percentage points, achieving simultaneous progress in revenue growth and profit recovery.
From the perspective of specific businesses, the scientific instrument business achieved a revenue of CNY 58.8672 million, a year-on-year increase of 48.12%; the aviation business achieved a revenue of CNY 36.0676 million, a year-on-year increase of 67.52%; the semiconductor business achieved a revenue of CNY 14.3995 million, a year-on-year increase of 136.67%; and the liquid-cooled server business achieved a revenue of CNY 24.4715 million, a year-on-year increase of 635.97%.
The rapid growth in domestic sales is closely related to the increase in orders from domestic customers in semiconductors, liquid-cooled servers, and scientific instruments; overseas sales continue to maintain a large scale, mainly driven by the sales growth of scientific instruments and aviation products.
Compared with traditional businesses, the growth rates of the semiconductor and liquid-cooled server businesses are more prominent. Building on a 122.86% year-on-year increase in full-year revenue in 2025, the semiconductor business continued to grow by 136.67% in the first half of this year, demonstrating strong growth continuity.
The liquid-cooled server business achieved a year-on-year growth of 635.97%, becoming the fastest-growing business segment in the first half of the year. As the construction of AI computing power infrastructure advances and the demand for liquid cooling technology applications keeps rising, the company's key layout in precision parts such as quick connectors for liquid-cooled servers is rapidly scaling up. Currently, the company has formed a comprehensive production capacity of about 20 million units per year. As the capacity is gradually released, it is expected to further contribute to revenue increment.
While emerging businesses are growing rapidly, Ahwit is also strengthening its manufacturing capabilities. In the first half of the year, the company made progress in building its "ultra-precision manufacturing + ultra-precision surface treatment" capabilities. The decoration project of the surface treatment plant in Hanshan, Anhui, has been basically completed, and the main construction of the production line is advancing in an orderly manner, with trial operations planned for the third quarter of this year. After the project is put into operation, the company will further improve its capabilities from precision machining to surface treatment, which will help meet the higher requirements of customers in fields such as semiconductors and aviation for product quality and process capabilities.
In the newly released announcement, Ahwit stated that in recent years, the manufacturing business of core components for semiconductor equipment has developed rapidly and has become one of the company's key growth directions, while the aviation field is the company's traditional advantage sector. As the scale of the two businesses continues to expand and their operating models differ significantly, the company plans to separate their operations and establish a new subsidiary specifically responsible for the independent production and operation of the semiconductor business.
